Once you create a subscription you can adjust and cancel it in your customer account at any time, as there is no contract duration.

Our entire range of coffees is available to you via our Coffee Subscription service, with the exception of our Competition Coffees. We’ve made it really easy for you to choose any of our coffees for your subscription, and we even give you a 10% discount on the one-off purchase price. 

Our Coffee Subscription service is fully customizable, so you can choose the Coffee Subscription that suits your needs. From the type of bean, the delivery frequency, and the size of the bag to whether its ground or whole - you’re in control. We even let you tell us how big or small to grind your beans to give you the best flavour!

As if that’s not enough, you can even add any of our delicious loose teas to your subscription. The process is exactly the same, and you can choose between a 50g bag and a 1kg bag, depending on how often you drink tea and how many people are going to share.     

An excellent question, indeed! In our expert opinion, your coffee beans will taste best if consumed within 30 days of their roast date. Ideally, you want to set your subscription to allow you to achieve that, but don’t worry if you don’t get it right from the start. You can update your subscription anytime with just a few clicks! 

We’d suggest that you start with your best guesstimate and adjust your subscription after your second or third order. As a rough rule of thumb, if you only drink a few cups of coffee per week, then a 1lb bag every 4 weeks is a good starting point. If you’re on the other end of the scale and drink 4 or more cups per day, then go for a 1lb bag every week. 

Our roasted coffee beans peak in flavour around 5-7 days after roasting, although they still taste amazing up to 30 days after roasting. With that in mind, we tend to encourage fewer bags delivered more frequently, rather than a large bag that’s going to sit in the cupboard for a while. 

Our Coffee Subscriptions offer excellent value for money, as every bag of coffee in the subscription is discounted by 10% compared to a one-off purchase. So even if you just fancy trying a new coffee bean as a one-off, adding it to your Coffee Subscription makes sense as you’ll still get 10% off the one-off purchase price. Plus our flexible Coffee Subscription means you can cancel that taste-test bean after one delivery if you decide it’s not quite for you.

Is There a Monthly Coffee Subscription?

Absolutely! With Portfolio, you’re fully in charge of how often your Coffee Subscription is delivered. If you’d like your coffee delivered monthly, then just choose the 4-week or 5-week delivery option. Of course, if you change your mind and decide that you’d actually like fresh coffee more frequently, you just need to pop into your account and make the necessary changes. You’re in total control.
